Booking, Payment , Liability and Cancellation Policies
Bookings must be paid in full at least a month before retreat date. Until then, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure your place. Pay in full 2 months in advance and receive 10% discount. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Until payment is received in full, the booking is not final. Once the booking is accepted, there will be no refund, unless the retreat itself is cancelled. Please inform us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking.
Elysium Retreats is not liable for cancellations, delays, natural disasters, threat of war, terrorist acts, airport closures, civil strife, industrial action, transport technical problems, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in personal circumstances or other events beyond our control, guests’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may occur during retreat, loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Please make sure you organise travel insurance before you leave as Elysium Retreats are not liable for any loss, theft, sickness or injuries that may occur during your holiday and travels. For UK travel cover try
